Ranch Diary: For many years, this ranch was being farmed and producing winter wheat. More recently, it has been planted to grass and contracted into the CRP program. Today, the ranch is still planted to grass with perimeter fencing. A buyer could graze livestock after the CRP contract expires.
Location: Driving directions: Travel south out of Guernsey on the paved road that crosses the North Platte River. From the river, continue south past the golf course and to Register Cliff. From Register Cliff, it is one mile south on the paved road. The total miles from Guernsey to the ranch is approximately 3 1/2 miles.
